About Company 

 Nordplast Co started its business in 1993, as a trade and purchasing firm Troll. It made wholesale deliveries of children toys from Hong Kong, Southern China, Germany, Spain and Italy to Russia. To reduce costs due to cutting down transport and custom charges, a private manufacture of plastic toys based on Elite machines (Hong Kong) was found in 1998. From year to year the Company is growing and improving itself, investing most part of its profit in production development. Every year new models of toys are being produced and put on sale. The equipment complex is being renewed and widen, the staff of hilly skilled specialists is increasing. During 10 years only, the trade and purchasing firm has grown into a vast production company, reinforcing the ranks of successful Russian producers.

In December 2005 Nordplast Co moved to its own building on Glinyanaya street 19/2, with the total area of 16000 m3. It will help the company to increase its production capacities.

Nowadays Nordplast Co produces about 300 items of children toys (transport, sand sets, sport and winter toys etc.). Product range is increasing every year. In 2005 Nordplast Co opened a new line: production of children toys of Euroline trademark — a leading Italian brand, well known in Europe. Nordplast Co bought the trademark and technological lines of Euroline with all its patent rights. In 2006 Italian company Italocremona was bought. In 2007 Nordplast product range was widened with assortment of Polish company Plastsit, which produced popular series of didactic toys; and with assortment of Italian company CIRO GIOCATTOLI that makes its product range available for Russian consumer.

International Toy Fair (Nurnberg, Germany) — one of the largest fairs in Europe (more than 2800 firms-participants from 54 countries, more than 74000 visitors).
Hong Kong Toys&Games Fair (Hong Kong) — the biggest fair in Asia (more than 48000 m3 area and more than 1600 participants)
International Fair «Industria plastmass» (Plastic industry) — one of the largest specialized fairs, being held in Moscow. During that fair Nordplast Co took part in the Third international competition «The best polymer materials and products from them '2005» and took second place with silver medal.
International Fair «Mir Detstva» (Childhood world) — yearly fair dedicated to goods for children.

The technology of plastic items production by means of plastic injection molding machines is the following: raw stuff in granules mixed with dye material goes to the machine hopper. The screw feeds the blending into the barrel which is preliminary heated up to polymer melting temperature. In the barrel the blending becomes a homogeneous mixture possessing all the features of a melt. With a necessary dose of material taken, the screw goes forward spreading plastic mass into the mould which forms a desired product.

A high-skilled staff of specialists manages a technological process. In the factory there are supporting departments such as mechanical — repair department and moulds maintenance section.
